The headline price of an LLC package is only one part of a launch budget. A useful estimate separates the service provider's work, government charges, recurring administration and the tools needed to run the business. This makes it easier to compare offers without assuming that every advertised price covers the same things.

What does Odies Digital charge?

Odies Digital LLC's formation service fee is $400. The published scope includes company formation support, preparation and submission of your EIN application, formation documents and dedicated guidance. Applicable government filing fees, annual state fees and third-party costs are separate and disclosed when applicable.

Before payment, review the selected state, the services included in your order and any recurring subscriptions. Ask how registered-agent and address services are handled, including what renews and when. A clear written breakdown is more useful than the word “included” without a duration or scope.

A Wyoming example

Wyoming's published Articles of Organization filing fee is $100. Adding that fee to Odies Digital's $400 service gives a $500 subtotal before any applicable transaction fees, third-party costs or optional services. This example is not an all-inclusive checkout quote.

Wyoming's annual report license tax is the greater of $60 or 0.0002 of assets located and employed in Wyoming. The formation payment and annual obligation are different items. Confirm the current fee schedule and the company's actual filing requirements before paying.

Build a first-year and a renewal budget

Use two columns in your planning sheet. The first covers launch costs; the second covers costs that may continue after launch. Add a renewal date, provider and cancellation terms for each subscription. This helps prevent a small introductory price from hiding a larger ongoing commitment.

Keep optional spending separate too. You may need a simple service website first, with additional automation later. Decide which features are necessary to explain your offer and receive inquiries before buying tools you do not yet use.

Compare value, not just the advertised number

Ask who prepares the application, how questions are handled and which documents you receive. Also ask what remains your responsibility after formation. A service package should make those boundaries understandable.

Odies Digital can help with formation and a separate website project, allowing you to plan both the administrative setup and the customer experience. Review our LLC service details, then tell us what you want your new business website to accomplish.
